I had 11 items that needed to be washed, starched and pressed. I asked for heavy starch. The first impression was great, the customer service was great as was at pick up. We got home and left said items in the plastic cover and then Sunday I went to organize it and as I was taking the bags off and looking at our shirts they were very wrinkled with what felt like very little startch. We stopped using ME Cleaners because of the over priced services. I was happy to find a decent total when I picked up my clothes with Tide Cleaners.
I'm still undecided. I dropped off 3 items to be dry cleaned recently (09-29-18); 2 men's shirts and 1 pair of men's slacks. I was told they would be ready on Tuesday, 10-02-18. On Tuesday afternoon, I received a phone call (don't recall the name) informing me that there was a malfunction and 2 of my items were destroyed. the woman asked me for the value of the items & took my address and said her manager would send me a check. My shirts were wrinkled. Prices are too high l. I will go back to my regular cleaners in my old neighborhood.
The service was top notch, I was however shocked when picking up my clothes (6 dress shirts and 6 slacks) this morning and was charged over $50. I drop off basically the same amount of clothes every week and have never paid more than $20. MW Cleaners isn't looking for my business.
Well I am still waiting for a redo on a suit in which all the stains were not cleaned..it looks like I will need to contact them to find out what the status is, I left my suit for a redo on Saturday the 17th of March.
They could not find my items and it took 25 minutes for them to find everything and it was my first visit!!!
My pants weren’t starched correctly. Will be bringing them back. And the heavy stretch is more like light.
Hire some people that care when they make a mistake on my cloths. They did my pants wrong and then when I addresssed it they acted like it wasn’t a concern of theirs until I made a big fuss about it. It should’ve not had to come to that. They should have just came to me with a solution not a attitude.
