Your representative treated me by criticizing me and making me feel less than. Wait, isn't she working for me? Sure didn't feel like it. I'll be taking my clothes elsewhere.

I did not like the fact that the cleaning does not post, or provide the price for items left for cleaning. When I asked for the prices for dry cleaning trousers and shirts, the clerk indicated that prices would be provided when the items were picked up. When I pressed, she reluctantly read some codes into the tickets to provide pricing. Based on that experience and a prior experience , I decided not to use MW; coupled with the fact that your pricing is higher than competitors. 2 decorative buttons were missing off brand new jeans and this was the first cleaning. A pair of yellow-colored jeans still had two spots on them. Last year when I had a Michael kors sweater cleaned, the iron plate that had Michael Kors on it was removed from the sweater (first time cleaning but did not recognize it until I got ready to wear again). I guess the person was going to sew it on a personally/owned item as it was not loose when I took the sweater in.

Had some blood on a t shirt which I pointed out. Wasn't even attempted to be worked on. Disappointed.

Customer service is great!!! The prices are rediculously expensive!!!!!
