Stopped by the store on Kingwood Drive/Green Oak on August 6 and spoke with Pat about cleaning several blankets, comforter, and bed spread and repairing the border trim along one of the blankets. As these were fairly large blankets, we were concerned if they could "wet clean" the blankets. Pat used a phrase not heard enough today, "no problem." She promised all would be ready on Friday August 9. They were ready in 48 hours. Once again, these folks take pride in their service and deliver a quality product. Bart Sheinberg

All went well until time of pick up. The credit coupon had not been credited. It took some time for the coupon to be located and credit applied. It was finally done .

I gave them a try because they are close to my house. $6.99 a piece is outrageous! I won't be coming back. $29.73 for 4 summer items.

Extremely expensive. Didn't find out how much it was until after I picked my clothes. There was no signs showing prices and unless you ask, you won't know what the prices were. I just thought their price was competitive with other local cleaners i used before so i didn't bother. You can imagine my surprise when i found out it was $100 to just press 19 items.

Since Tide assumed operations the price seem to be going up and up. I recall when I took in a load, always the same...a bag full the cost was $40-$50 at MW...now $90 plus.

I sent a shirt (among other clothes) for normal cleaning. When it was returned it had stains (slight discoloration - not red or brown just slightly darker) that I didn’t make. I sent it back for cleaning and there was no change in the condition. It would be helpful to be told that you could not remove the stains. Without that notification, I’m left thinking you didn’t know it was there. I’ve had my clothes cleaned by Tide (MW Cleaners) for a decade. Everything has gone very well. This just surprised me.
