Y’all used to separate uniforms from civilian outfits and provide separate receipts. Now all mixed and makes pay claims harder.
I dropped off a dress that has sequins to be cleaned. The lady told me that they would be able to hand wash the dress. Once I got home with the dress, I noticed that a LOT of my sequins were missing from the dress. I only had the dress cleaned and a small hole repaired on a pair of tights. My total came out to be $17 and that included a 50% off discount. I left a review on Friday about 2 missing shirts. I also spoke to a manager at the store and a route manager about the issues and was assured that they were searching for them. I called back today (Monday) and the manager in the office said that there is no record of any missing shirts. To say that I am unhappy is an understatement. If I could rate you lower I would. I brought in a suit jacket to get a stain remover and the stain was still there after I picked up the jacket.
I had some questions and the ladies got the answers for me. My cleaning was finished early.
I turned my dry cleaning in 2 days before I needed it. I came the day I needed it and it wasn’t ready. I was told it would be done by 6pm the day I turned my clothes in. I came to pick up my clothes and they had my vest still in the washer. I ended being late to work and getting a reprimand as well. This is why I hated it.
