Customer service is absolutly horrible.buttons missing and they say it's not their job to look for them.
I am new to the area and was looking to establish a dry cleaner in the neighborhood. I took my chance on this location. I never thought to ask the cost as I figure they are all about the same. That is not the case, I went to go pick up my 14 items, which consisted of brand new blouses and pants so therefore no stains or stubborn marks, and was very surprised to be charged $146. Once again, Tide Cleaners did not get stains out of my clothes AND I was still charged your ridiculously high prices for it. I don't care AT ALL about "green" technology - I want my clothes to be clean; and when you fail to do that, I CERTAINLY DON'T EXPECT TO PAY your exorbitantly high charges for a still-dirty piece of clothing. The cleaners is nice a clean .I had 4 items and one of the where my 120 dollar pants where all stained from top to bottom she said that it will come off but still waiting to see they can take them stains off This was my first time going and all ready having bad vibes but I will give you a second
I’ve been a several year customer. I don’t know what’s changed, but something has. I’ve made up my mind to change cleaners. Second time this has been asked, first time by my wife, now me: when will I receive my clothes your driver delivered elsewhere Tuesday? I assume the charge of 51.42 still stands.
To expensive for what you’re doing.
One of my Jackets was not serviced properly
Way to expensive to do laundry shirts!
