First time user-- I asked not to wash any of my dresses..they did and lied and covered it up The bill total was higher than they quoted They advised and declined the use of my personal hangers & said my expensive dresses would be packed & with a bodice...they were not. The 2 had some tissue the 3rd (which you could tell had been washed was on a regular large hanger with no anything was dingy & looked washed) That dress was brand new & now ruined. The cleaning, promptness and staff were pleasant, but I was shocked by the price to clean a simple dress. I will not recommend MW because this is not the first time that things were significantly more expensive than anticipated. and the cost is never mentioned at drop off.
First time there...now lifetime fan!
My clothes are always done on time, and I love that they let you know if they had to replace a button, or do any other repairs (free of charge I might add) I will personally never use another dry cleaning service.

No complaints about the cleaning. However, the coupon I place inside my bag is not being applied to my receipt. This has happened several times. I do not know if they are taking it out and mixing it up and applying to another order. Would it help to have the name written on the coupon. I may have to start dropping off in person if it continues.
The customer service was excellent. The associate I worked with was exceptional. My coats were not looked over before being given back to me. My black wool coat needed to be lent rolled. Why was that not done at the store? My wife's coat had one spot I had to scratch off. I won't be back any time soon.
honestly .. i am still speechless as to what my husband brought home yesterday. The (5) men's suits were not put together .. black pants with gray jackets; blue jacket with gray pants; pin stripes with solid .. the men's suits were a mess and took quite a bit of time to sort out. My husband actually has brought home an extra suit jacket that does not belong to us at all ... I believe it's in his truck for him to bring back to you today.
