I had 4 pieces of clothing: 2- Dickies brand button up short sleeve shirts 2- Dickies brand work pants I asked that the shirts be dry cleaned and pressed- they were only dry cleaned I asked that the pants be laundered and pressed with heavy starch- they were dry cleaned only. I spent more than 10 minutes going over these details with the employee and she completely missed it. The coupons stopped for some reason. I have been waiting for coupons to. Turn my dry cleaning and laundry!
Charged me almost $17 for pants....CRAZY!! gave me half of but still double charged my card! So i still paid $17!!! And took the crease out of my pants! I picked up my 2 pair of pants on the way out of town for business...when I return I will be going back to the store for a full refund..will not use this cleaners again!!!!
Took in my comforter to have it dry cleaned. When I picked it up it smelled worse, musty. It also now has a hole in it that was NOT there when I dropped it off. This is a $300 Tommy Hilfiger comforter and I’m very upset and will never use Tide cleaners again. I called and the girl said I can bring it back for a re-do, no thanks don’t want two holes.
I asked for heavy starch on 3 pairs of pants with a crease down the middle. I picked my pants up with no crease and no starch. I was very disappointed. The attendants were extremely nice and I do appreciate the customer service, but I will not use this cleaners in the future.
Ruined my custom shirt 2nd shirt wasn't properly ironed Took 3 emails to get a response, the response was basically call this lady at the plant, and set up a refund. ALL I WANTED was a refund on the $15 I paid. I'm not satisfied, and feel like yalls "Customer service" advertisements have fallen short to say the least. Asked specifically to launder shirts. You dry cleaned them (and at much higher price). This has occurred several times. Was told that I would receive a call from management and refund for difference. No to both. Very disappointed with service. Has really declined. Not coming back.
