Courteous and prompt service.
I had 4 pieces of clothing: 2- Dickies brand button up short sleeve shirts 2- Dickies brand work pants I asked that the shirts be dry cleaned and pressed- they were only dry cleaned I asked that the pants be laundered and pressed with heavy starch- they were dry cleaned only. I spent more than 10 minutes going over these details with the employee and she completely missed it. I paid almost $30 for clothing to be dry cleaned that the competition down the street would have done for a fraction of the cost and got it right. I w... read more
