The dry cleaning was 5 stars. Perfect. The employee did not have a face mask 😷 on. They are mandatory in Texas. As your customer it made very uncomfortable 😣 Hence the 2 stars rating

I left a king size comforter and told the cleaners to wash it and that there was a stain. When I picked it up, after being charged $53.85, I was told they could not get the stain out. Once I got home and opened the comforter, I smell the dry cleaning solution on it. I decided to try to get the stain out myself with OxyClean and I got it out. I called the next day and spoke with a manager and she was rude and told me that they did not put the stain there and they do not have room to try to get stains out. She told me she ... read more

My faux fur throw for my bed had a repulsive perfume scent because it was so strong and the ingredients made my skin itch badly. I had to resubmit my throw as dry clean no scent only. I then recurved it with white lint balls and fuzz all over it. My faux fur throw is dark brown. Very upsetting. Never had a problem when the establishment was MW Cleaners.

laundry was clean but not how i wanted it. this was my second time in, employee said she could pull up everything she needed from my account. I get light starch on all of my laundered clothing. Didn't notice unless i got home my clothes we're marked no starch...

One of the shirts I asked you to pre-spot came back with no note and the spot still on the shirt.

12 items 1 dress, 3 pants, 1 jean, 7 shirts total $108.00!!! Unbelievable!!! I felt discussed and taken advantage of. Had no idea that the cost of dry cleaning at Tide would be so extremely expensive. I will never go back. They did nothing special. I only went for convenience but its worth an extra 3 miles to go to Time Cleaners down the road. No words!!!

I dropped off 3 pairs of pants and 1 shirt, my total bill was $29 and some change and I felt that was high. I requested that for my pants to be heavy starched and they didn’t have any starch on them.

Customer service was great. Quality of dry cleaning was horrible! The suit and the sports coat still had the same wrinkles after being dry cleaned that they had when we dropped them off at Tide! I had to pay another dry cleaners to get the items cleaned and pressed properly. Shirt had stain after 2nd redo and it cost us 8.00 for nothing! We will not be back. Very poor quality control apparently ..
