The staff is so friendly and helpful. They smile and really enjoy what they do.
Broke the buttons on a few of my shirts. I understand that happens sometimes, but some buttons are completely smashed and unusable now
The courier service is great and never fails, which is why I give two stars instead of one. I forget to put my clothes out sometimes, and I'll bring the clothes to the location myself; however, I do not like doing this because the staff is unfriendly. Most recently, I walk in and the guy working is on the phone with a customer rolling his eyes, shaking his head, and making rude hand gestures while Mrs. P is talking to him over the phone.
