It was offal. Had to get everything redone at another clears and waz less than half the price of urs and they were done perfectly.
I was looking for a new cleaner that was closer to home. I took one uniform in to half cleaned and pressed. It was not pressed had wrinkles and was charged almost 16.00. I will not go back and tell everyone at work how bad your store is. My other cleaners charges 2.00 an item and does a fantastic job. Tide is over priced and does a worthless job. You got one star because there wasn’t an option for 0.
I was charged over 15.00 to was a shirt and pant. They was not ironed and had wrinkles. My other cleaners charges 2.00 a shirt and 2.00 a pant to clean and starch. You are over priced and did a shitty job. Will not be back and telling everyone a work not to go there.
This particular visit was less than expected. I was told my one shirt would be ready after 6p on Thursday. I went there to pick it up and it was not ready as stated above. I was then told it would be ready the next day at 10am. I went there the following day and it was not ready and I was told no deliveries had been made and they did not know when it would be delivered. Every time my dissatisfaction on the way dry cleaning is pressed. Either lines back or front on pants or sleeves on the shirts. Always two lines , they seem to miss every time. Getting tired of going back so they can be redone.
I wtote a review about my experience and I have not even seen it on the web site. I would like everyone to know about my experience.
I will never go back to this location. Tammy and Kortne are very disrespectful and they don’t care who listens to the conversation they are having. If I could give no stars I would. It’s like they don’t care about who is listening around them or who they were talking about. It’s like they are trying to start something with that girl or at least get her fired. The clothes were great but the staff that they have are very rude and disrespectful.
One of my jackets had lint, dust, and animal fur on it. The cleaning had to be redone.
Dropped off and was not given back on same day. Horrible customer service by Tammy. Would not go back again.
