Asked specifically to launder shirts. You dry cleaned them (and at much higher price). This has occurred several times. Was told that I would receive a call from management and refund for difference. No to both. Very disappointed with service. Has really declined. Not coming back.

Your staff should be more friendly. They should inform new customers about prices.
They are just the best - hands down - THE BEST. They almost always know my name - which is amazing given the volume of customers that that have. Always very friendly & professional. Only once did they lose a piece, but they found it & I had it the next day. Want quality customer service? Take your cleaning here. You will not be disappointed.
