professional service, professional cleaning

Love the people working there now. They are so nice, courteous, very business like, we'll dressed, call you by name , deliver and pick up. They are a little more expensive but we'll worth every penny. The last place ruined my clothes twice with ink. My clothes are always so nice and crisp. The place is always clean. I like the fact that if it is raining you do not have to get out of your car. They have a covered drive thru. Very convenient.
Charged me for work that wasn’t to my satisfaction. In particular, took jackets to get their zippers fixed. Jackets sat at the cleaners for weeks before I reached out the location to inquire about them Then. Was told it would only cost ~$22 as only the zipper needed to be replaced. $55 later & with 1 zipper being gold zipper that didn’t go with the blue jacket at all is what was returned. Never again.
Had my jacket for over a month and I still dad to pay full price to get it back
You do a good job on cleaning the cloths, but the lady that you have at your Place is very RUDE not Friendly at all
The worker was really un-friendly, and you could tell she did not like her job. She came out of the door and never even asked how she could help us, just stood there. Once we got home, we realized that she had given us someone's order in addition to ours. We had to return back to the cleaners to return it and there was a sign on door that it was closed for lunch. (This was on a busy Saturday, unbelievable-that you are closed). We have been a long-time customer but are trying to find a new place.
Clothes look great, it's the prices that are horrible. Even with 50% off I was shocked at the total for only 6 items ($24). To think that full price would've been $48!! Insane!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been using this Tide Cleaners for a few months. A bit pricey, but no problems. I dropped off a suit over the weekend for a funeral on Tuesday morning. I hadn’t received a text on Monday afternoon saying my suit was ready so my wife stopped by at 5:00 PM and was told they would arrive by 6:30 PM. I called around 6:30 because I had a feeling they weren’t ready and they weren’t. They were supposedly still at their “depot”.
