The staff on Rayford Road near Highway 45 are so friendly and willing to please. They go out of their way to assist customers and really care about us. Way to go MW Cleaners.
Who charges 6$ a garment? 3 were dry cleaned and two were just laundered and you didn't get the stain out! I spent 32 last year on the 5 times i had dry cleaning done because it was literally 5 times the price! When asked why it was so much, my response was for customer service. Im pretty sure if i asked the place i go to, they would provide be quid pro quo for that type of money.
Comforter was sent to be cleaned at the MW cleaners. Upon removing comforter from the bag, all stains were sill there. I was told that it would take up to two weeks to get it back again. Huge inconvenience!
Broke the buttons on a few of my shirts. I understand that happens sometimes, but some buttons are completely smashed and unusable now
The courier service is great and never fails, which is why I give two stars instead of one. I forget to put my clothes out sometimes, and I'll bring the clothes to the location myself; however, I do not like doing this because the staff is unfriendly. Most recently, I walk in and the guy working is on the phone with a customer rolling his eyes, shaking his head, and making rude hand gestures while Mrs. P is talking to him over the phone. Almost $50 to clean ONE leather skirt. The white leather skirt had black markings from the plastic hanger.
Prices are twice as high as a typical dry cleaner in my experience Could not apply company discount when not using company drop off Prices not posted in readily available location
Have used MW Cleaners for about 14 years and love the work they do on my uniforms and clothes. Love the friendly people working there, never a problem that's why I continue to use them after all these years.
Exellent service the best I have in a long time I will highly recommend MW Cleaners very professional to anyone that is looking for a amazing cleaner
