Long time patron and still very pleased with service and pricing!
MW Cleaners is very professional, very courteous, and very customer service oriented. They take care of our football uniforms incredibly well.
The service was good, no issues with anything service related. The drawback to me was the cost for the service. I did not use the delivery service (and do not plan to). I recommend a different pricing structure for clothes dropped off and picked up with no delivery service. I should note I am new to the area (have not used any other dry cleaning services in The Woodlands).
simply, my clothes look better, the whites are white again. The communication is awesome. They promise then DELIVER!! It is great.
When I walked in, I was greeted immediately. They took my order right away. When I picked up my order it was cleaned very well. I was pleased with the cleaning job. Pick up was prompt and easy. ( I chose to pick up)

I've been your customer since I moved to The Woodlands, TX from Northern VA. I have to say that your turn over and/or transfer of employees to your other locations is constant, but one thing is constant and a MUST for my husband and me; knowing that we have Mr. David overseeing "Dry Cleaning" process behind the scenes, and Yasmeen close by drop-off counter!!
