Drop off is a breeze with you lobby carts there is never a wait. All of our clothing came back clean and beautifully pressed and you even sent me an email notice when my order was ready. Great service!
Things went well. I wish I remembered the name of your ckerk. She is very helpful and professional. So many young kids lack customer service skills or are just stupid. This young lady is very attentive and concerned about our satisfaction. If I figure out her name, I'll mention it the next time I receive an email survey from you folks.
