I'm a customer of 13 years and in fact owned the business next door for 10 of those years. Your email asks me how I liked my first experience and the clerk couldn't figure out my name, despite that fact that I'm a member and my blue bag spells out my name. Disappointed with customer records.
Employee was willing to stay 5 minutes late to allow me to pick up my dry cleaning
Very friendly reception. It was short and easy to get signed up for the first time. The store seemed clean and organized. All of my drycleaning was done in a day, and I got an email alert. Very impressed!
I asked when dropping off a dress and a woman's suit jacket how much the total would be and she said it was going to be about $6.50 for both pieces. When I paid it took forever to run my credit card and the she charged me $13.50 and I asked her why and she said she didn't know I had a dress. She had both pieces in her hand the day I dropped off. Didn't appreciate that she didn't even offer to bring the price down to what was originally quoted. I won't use you anymore.

Refused to clean a black and white dress that is tagged as "dry clean." Returned cotton slacks without a crease. I had to return to redo.
I am the Director of Golf at The Country Club at D C Ranch and have been asked by many golf professionals where to get dry cleaning done and the rates/ Do you have anything I can show/tell them. I think the emails I get from you are nice as it prompted me to bring 20 sweaters to you and some buddies did also at my recommendation. These guys like myself dry clean everything but golf shirts, so these specials are welcome and necessary.
The staff is always friendly and courteous. The clothes come back quickly and perfect! Love that I don't even have to get out of the car!
Not only was I met with graciousness, a glowing smile and unutterable professionalism, the clothes were pluperfectly cleaned. What more could anyone hope for? Ten Stars would be more like it!
