Disappointed you couldn't clean my jacket. Leather sleeves with fabric body. Granted it's old, 1984, but thought you could clean and restore anything. I guess not!
Terrible. Will not use again. Washed instead of dry cleaned a shirt. Shrunk it and refuses to be held accountable. Buyer beware .

Dropped of a winter wool coat. Picked it up only to surmise that you didn’t want to be responsible for the dry cleaning of the garment. Could someone not given me that heads up earlier? I would have taken it elsewhere.
I have two missing shirts and after the inquiry, you offered no apology. The letter was basically, too bad so sad. shirt collar has stains and not ironed correctly, sleeves "double" creased. Unacceptable for a uniform work shirt.
