My first experience with delias hasn't been good. The lady who took my clothes made negative remarks and comments (weather, her quality of sleep, computer system, her job in general) about 7-8 times during our 5 minute interaction. I picked up my clothes brought them home and unwrapped them. One of my collar inserts on my brand new dress shirt was folded in half and pressed. There is a permanent mark in the collar. Great customer service and the fact that I do not pay before I pick my clothes up is a very simple but powerful gesture to the consumer.
Good location, but rates are too high. We are looking for a better priced dry cleaner.
My experience including this visit to Delias has been nothing short of DIASTORIOUS! I am a club member and when I picked up my (jeans) on this order not only was I OVERCHARGED ($7.81), I was not given the 30% club discount and I had a credit that no one seemed to know about (even though this was told to the SAME person I picked my order from just the day before. This is my first time using this cleaning service. I just moved here from Colorado and I was looking for a cleaning service near my house with good reviews. So I chose this store, hoping it would be good... And I was not happy at all. It will be the one and only time. I will say that your days/hours of operation are great!. had brought 3 pieces in, including a dress with a fabric belt. Received an email that my items were ready for pick up. When I went in to pick them up on Saturday afternoon I was told that my 3 items were ready but the belt had not been returned yet. I could come back at 5:00 at pick it up. Did not appreciate having to make two trips to pick up my items. Otherwise the quality of the cleaning is fine and the young ladies working at the store were very pleasant.

I live in France and have received 5 emails from you. I responded saying I am not your client. The email address is wrong. Obviously you don't read your email responses!!!!!! Stop sending me this email!!!!
The customer service was good shirts were pressed nicely but I had asked that the sleeves be clipped in front of the shirts and I was told that would be done and they were not. The sleeve were wrinkled by the bag since they hung freely in the bag
