I got a similar message from Delia's so I drove to the cleaners even though I was pretty sure I didn't have anything there. When I got there, they looked and said they couldn't find anything but that they would get it figured out and then call me back. They never called me back and now I have another note to come in. Please clarify!!!!

Staff is always friendly and efficient. Clothes look great. Reasonable prices. Love your coupons also!!!
Was given wrong shirt and harassed till returned. Live 20+ miles so had my daughter bring it in. She was told by young guy she couldn't get a refund for paying for someone else's laundry. I called him and he wasn't polite.
Again an all cotton item was dry cleaned. I was told I would get a free shirt laundered next time.
Have been using your service since you opened at this location. What 10 - 15 years. Your service has been surprisingly consistence over that time period. I would give you a 9 or 10 on scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being excellent! Only complaint has been that you lost a couple of items 6 or 7 years ago, put paid to replace with no hassle. Your staff changes frequently, but you must have a good tanning program as they are consistently polite, smiling and professional. Always pleased with the service at Delia's. Fast, friendly and my clothing look great after a visit to Delia's.
You lost my clothes it's been 3 weeks trying to get a paper to sign to fill out just to describe what it's worth and what the pay what it looked like what I've already told Ashley about twice three times. Not a happy camper
