I came to pick up my $85 worth of dry cleaning (we spend that weekly at the cleaners) and there were stains from the cleaning solution and that is the second time that has happened. It’s not ideal to have to go back again to pick up my skirt.. just wish these things would be checked before telling me my order is ready.
I asked for launder & press on 5 shirts They were dry cleaned instead
I am missing a pair of pants. Then I dropped off more clothes yesterday and noticed my receipt said 2 items when I dropped off 3. I will be stopping in tonight to attempt to recover.
Our first impression is always the associates we meet at the drive through. They are always polite and helpful. The same when we pick up our cleaned items. We have never had a complaint with the cleaning that was done. We appreciate your company.
List prices for difference types of clothing. I ask for an itemized receipt, use my coupon, but nothing tells me the cost of cleaning a dress, skirt, etc.
We were 1st time customers. We asked about a coupon and were told the agent "would take care of it". By email I got a coupon that couldn't be used on my current order. (Next one for 2 only weeks) Will I hurry back? 🤔 You have my email.
It was very expensive for what i brought in, It was okay but I wont be coming back. Too expensive
I have to apologize for my review. My husband misplaced the clothes and I blamed the cleaners. The staff remained completely calm and tried to help me when I was upset placing the blame on them. I AM SO SORRY. Gay Hall
We have used your cleaners for years and recently we are having our clothes lost. This is the third time we have had lost articles. One set was found, one shirt never found and still waiting to see if they find this set. No word yet.
