You advertise “expert tailors” so since we have used your other services for several years my husband dropped off a pair of suit pants he needed shortened to wear at a wedding on the East coast. He requested that the cuffed pants be shortened to a specific length and hemmed without a cuff. When he picked them up on Tuesday the existing cuff had been turned under twice and when pressed created a thick protrusion at the bottom of each pant leg. This was my first experience with the transition from Delias to Tide cleaners. I have been with this business for probably eight years. I took in brand new, once worn silk , strapless outfit and it came back to me with color bleeding and two rips on the front ruffles without a tag explaining why there was damage to my outfit. I did take this outfit back and the young man addressed it and has submitted a claim for me and is telling me that I will get my money back. I wasn't aware that Delia's Cleaner (which is where I dropped off my cleaning) was switching to Tide. I received an email from Tide stating my order was complete. I thought I was a mistake. I think this change should have been communicated to customers.
I’m really disappointed with the significant change in quality! My suit jacket’s sleeve was folded in ———how was it dry cleaned? Pulled it out and now it’s wrinkled as heck! None of my clothes have the crisp look to them!!! The brightness of the fabrics is gone!!!! Sorry Delia’s sold !!!!!! I’ll have to move on because this is not acceptable!
Clothers were to be bagged separately and it was not done. Had to make a second special trip to pick up
We have been using Delia’s cleaners for years. Now that Tide owns them my clothes smell really bad. My wife and I are seriously allergic to the pungent smell of Tide cleaners. I just picked up my clothes yesterday and I am taking them all straight to another cleaners to see if they can get the smell out. We will no longer be using your service - sad because Delia’s was always so good and reliable plus convenient . Too bad you ruined it!! I will now have to go out of my way to get my clothes cleaned.
when I dropped off my clothes a week ago, the girl was not very pleasant (seemed annoyed that I was there, or annoyed that she had to be working that day). Never had that experience with the Delia employees. Unfortunate. When I picked up my clothes the guy seemed to be okay. I'm going to check pricing around, because with my 50% discount it still seemed expensive.
