I brought my husband's suit jacket in that had a small liquid spot on the sleeve and pointed it out for dry cleaning. Upon receipt, they spot looked identical like it hadn't even been worked on.
I just wrote a lengthy paragraph complaining of the unprofessional service and submitted with one star. And it never posted. Is that how you keep your ratings looking high? Never post the major mess ups? I'll get my message out. I trusted you, you ruined my shirt and said you didn't do the procedure required to prevent the damage. I want a new shirt. Very disappointed. Took my Polo button up in for Dry Cleaning. My favorite and expensive shirt ends up with 4 buttons broken and another 4 or 5 chipped. I take it back in and they say they should have covered them in foil, like they usually do and offered to try and find the original buttons but said they would get as close as they could. No Polo marking on the buttons. So they think they are going to stick less attractive buttons on there and that's it. No other offer of compensation or anything. Sad business pra... read more
You broke three buttons on my Polo shirt ( $152 shirt ) in your Dry Cleaning process. Favorite shirt for most important times, unusable now. A fine work shirt I guess. I won't let you put mismatched buttons to fix it either, that's just as bad.
I still have coffee stains on the front of my blouse.

The quality of the work is great but the pricing isn't. Each time I dropped off a load I'd never know what I was being charged for. When I'm being charged more than $7 to launder, not dry clean, a shirt I am no longer interested. These are not very fancy or difficult to clean/press items. The care instructions on each garment clearly state they are water washable and don't need any special consideration. Other cleaners will launder same shirts for around $3 each and their work is ok. I came in ti get my dress altered as it was too long. I asked for it to be shortened. HonestlyI think they didnt do anything to the dress, as I tripped over it all night long and it doesn't look altered at all. Total waste of $65 for alterations/ cleaning (as the dress was brand new when i brought it in).
I gave you a shirt to be sewn and cleaned and you only cleaned it. You didn't repair it.
