This was my first visit to Flair cleaners and I had high hopes. I gave them a shirt with a stain and they marked it and upon pick up it was given back to me without the stain removed and did not mentioned that to me The Real kicker was the cost of my order ...it was $78 ..for 10 pieces.. My cleaners i usually use cost is $24.90 for 10 pieces.. they take 4 days and thats why i used Flair as I need the items quicker... I think Flairs prices aren't competitive with other cleaners.

Teenage girl who helped me out was less than friendly. She actually looked bored and annoyed. And no one acknowledged my presence until I approached them. I live up the street so this location is convenient. The prices here are higher than most but I am willing to overlook for convenience but at this point I could go somewhere cheaper and friendlier versus being ignored and seeing unhappy teenagers behind the counter.

My faux fur coat was not cleaned properly and damaged. They cleaned it again for the second the time and after it looked worse. What's disappointing is the manager didn't offer me a refund after all of this. My coat is permanently ruined and I will not be bringing any of my clothes there again.

The staff was nice, everyone who worked there was friendly and my experience was good in the store. But there was one major problem. One of my two jackets came home with the BO smell still in the jacket. Since my jacket was not cleaned, I did not have a good experience over-all, and would not recommend this dry cleaners to other people unless this problem is fixed. Thank you.

I was a first time customer. I had an online coupon for 25% off my visit if used by Feb 28th. I brought it with 2 jackets to be cleaned. The lady who checked me in told me to keep the coupon because she was giving me 50% off as a new customer. I was delighted. When I came to pick up my clothes, the lady who checked me out refused to give me the discount that the original lady had said I would receive and had given me a ticket showing I'd receive it. Way, way, way to expensive, simple dress hem ended up costing me more than dress itself. This was not complicated work, cut off one inch in length and finish hem. How can that cost $38.00 ???

My experience at flairs cleaners was absolutely terrible. The seamstress quoted me a price to hem my 2 dresses and said they would be ready the next evening. I didn't have a chance to pick them up that night and the morning after they were supposed to be ready I got a call from the manager of the store who told me I had been grossly mischarged and that they were going to charge me more money and couldn't start the work till I approved the new price. Very disappointed I'm afraid. Prices felt high for just washing items. I ended up taking most of my laundry back with me. I did leave 3 towels and a cotton duvet cover for fluff and fold, which apparently had to be sent out!! $15 dollars later I received my laundry and it didn't even smell clean. No trace of detergent or softener, just a dusty smell as if they were literally fluffed and folded without any washing? There is even a dirt mark on the one towel that wasn't there before?
