I was excited to use my "new customer 10$ coupon you sent me but was told, "we don't accept expired coupons". So I took my shirts elsewhere and only will use my account set up for me by Mount Sinai.
1) I was given a bunch of $1 dollar bill's in lieu of proper change. I had to request for (not) a wad of ones and the worker gave me attitude. 2)The incorrect pick up time was put on work order. 3)Pants still feel too long, $15+ dollars later.
1. For some reason my name, etc. was removed from your customer list. 2. After many tries, my info was re-entered. Nevertheless, my first name was misspelled. 3. My 40% discount coupon was not honored. I was given a 30% discount, perhaps by mistake or perhaps by intent. In either case, no mention was made of the change and I decided not to engage over the missing 10%. .
They did not clean it the first time. And made me come back again. And they charged me for it even though that is not there policy
So disappointed in the customer service. Went in to pick up my dry cleaning and my jacket was missing. I've spoken and emailed the manager, Sonia Iraheta, twice and have received no response. Its going on a month and I have no jacket and no resolution from Flair Cleaners. Extremely poor customer service.
They broke my shell buttons on my shirt and didn't fix them in two weeks. I picked it up with nothing but an offer to swap my fine shirt for a lesser shirt. They couldn't even find replacement plastic buttons. What tailor/alteration shop can't find buttons?? FLAIR cleaners that's who. I took it to MILT and EDIES and they will have it replaced with buttons on Saturday ( 3 days tops). They are just up the street too. I brought my husband's suit jacket in that had a small liquid spot on the sleeve and pointed it out for dry cleaning. Upon receipt, they spot looked identical like it hadn't even been worked on.
I just wrote a lengthy paragraph complaining of the unprofessional service and submitted with one star. And it never posted. Is that how you keep your ratings looking high? Never post the major mess ups? I'll get my message out. I trusted you, you ruined my shirt and said you didn't do the procedure required to prevent the damage. I want a new shirt. Not lesser buttons and expect that will make everything fine. And I don't have the shirt for the Holiday. Don't leave good shirts here for Dry Cleaning. You've ... read more
Very disappointed. Took my Polo button up in for Dry Cleaning. My favorite and expensive shirt ends up with 4 buttons broken and another 4 or 5 chipped. I take it back in and they say they should have covered them in foil, like they usually do and offered to try and find the original buttons but said they would get as close as they could. No Polo marking on the buttons. So they think they are going to stick less attractive buttons on there and that's it. No other offer of compensation or anything. Sad business pra... read more
