I use Flair for all my cleaning. My work clothes come back soft and crisply pressed. My rugs and drapes are bright and odor free. Thanks Flair.
My uniform clothing that was supposed to be dry cleaned was not, when I picked it up it still smelled of body odor and still had the same dirty marks it had before. It looked like they just steamed it or ironed it dirty. I had to hand wash everything the night before flying the next day. I will not be coming back and will inform my work at Productions Plus about this incident and about their account.
Your manager tried to deny this discount claiming it only applied to rugs and pick up service when it plainly states ALL DRY CLEANING and INCOMMING orders! He then claimed to give me the advertised 30% off, but deducted a mere $2.99 from the $31 bill. Liar and cheat!
When presented with an email that clearly read 30% off all dry cleaning, your surly man in charge, after first stating that the laundry only offers 25% off, then claimed the offer only applied to pick up service. He begrudgingly said he would grant the 30% on the $31 order, but deducted a mere $2.99. Dishonest across the board! Milt and Eddie’s here I come!😡😡😡
Overall, I'm pleased with my overall experience-- a couple things to put on your radar... 1. I had clothing altered but wasn't told the price until it was time to pick up the items. 2. Was happy to receive an email saying my clothing was ready for pickup, with the store closing time listed as 8, when I arrived at 7:15 the sign on the door said we're temporarily closing at 7. Please keep all communications uniform. But you guys are all great, I'm happy with my alterations, and I look forward to being back with you soon.
Great But you weren’t there the other day when I try to drop off stuff it was closed in the morning
I have requested to be removed from your email blasts numerous times and I still continue to receive the emails even though I live 500+ miles away. Get your system working right your spam is now getting annoying
Unfortunately one dress that I put in because it smelled a bit of BO came back smelling the same way but now it had frayed ends on the dress I had to cut off. A white shirt I put in because it had makeup on collar and cuffs came back with make up off the collar but not off the cuffs. Another shirt that was clean except for a tiny spec of dirt on a white patch came back with dirt still there but damage from where they tried to get rid of it. IF the customer rep had stated that the receipt would be emailed to me then I would not have requested a printed receipt at the store. Also, please save paper and cease requiring that the coupons be PRINTED.
