You guys are a great cleaners and we have been customers with you for several years. But lately we noticed the prices just seem too much. So unfortunately we had to start using a different cleaners.

Why would you give me an offer on 7/22 and make it good ONLY through 7/25? How ridiculous. Dry cleaning is certainly not urgent now, so don't try and make it so. Give us a few weeks or at least until the end of the month.
You need to stop the emails that pressure us to take advantage of your offer now because it's only good for a few days. That's horrible now! Flair used to always give us until the end of the month. You think life is normal and we can rush right over?! No!!!
Sterling Cleaners did a fine job of cleaning my draperies. I will definitely use them again.
If I could give you 0 stars I would have.... I paid almost $140.00 my first order and had to return items because they smelled of mildew... when I brought them back I asked if clothes could be cleaned at no charge because of the smell, the guy that helped me said he would have to speak to a manager... So when I picked up my 5 pieces today they still smelled!!! I asked to speak to the manager and the same guy said he was the person in charge.. why did he lie to me the first time?? We haven't had a pick up in several weeks. The last time, the drivers said that we had not been at home. We have been at home during this shelter in place period. I receive the emails informing us of the pick ups. But no one ever showed up. What's up with that?
