What seemed like an unlikely possibility, cutting down the turtle neck off a sweater, turned into reality. Really, had 3 turtleneck sweaters that I wanted turned into a round neck sweaters. The alterations lady was very helpful and worked with me to get what i wanted Now I have 3 new sweaters for a very reasonable cost! Thank you
