Ease. Easy drop off, easy pick up, clothes were done as I requested. It was no hassle and I like that.
Still my favorite dry cleaners after 15 years! The best customer service, good stain removal and coupons always available on their website. Coffee and cookies are a nice touch too ;-)
Used it once, one shirt came back with wrinkles ironed in and suit jacket looked like it had only been pressed on one side. But other stuff (about 3 other things) looked fine and they were ready when promised.
Very efficient. I was greeted right away; that felt good considering the wait was less than a minute. Smiling and seeemingly happy employees was refreshing.The jacket was clean too !

I came to get a formal dress tailored for a time-sensitive event. The tailor completed the work to my specifications and by the promised time.
Happy with the way my dresses came out at the end, but I had to go back 3 times...each time I returned the next day or 2 days later (as instructed) and one of my garments still wasn't done! It was 6 trips back and forth. You'd think they would at least call me to alert me that they needed more time.
Very pleasant. I love not having to deal with plastic bags
