What a strange visit. I had the 15% coupon printed and showed it when I dropped my clothes off then when I picked them up, a tall young black lady and one with dreadlocks said I don’t get the discount. I told them I had a coupon & they reluctantly took 10 minutes to give me the discount. Then I suggested that they check my bag & they found it. The tall young lady was holding me clothes all that time and after I paid she said: “Do you want your clothes” I responded: “Ah that’s why I drive over here” ...... it was a surreal ... read more

I dropped 10 pieces of clothing to be cleaned.. I was SHOCKED when my bill was $94. Are you kidding me. A pair of men’s pants & shirt ... $20. A dress ... $18. Your prices are outrageous. I've used you for years but not anymore..

I brought in my laundry that included an expensive Zegna sport jacket. I received two text messages telling my laundry was ready. I picked up my laundry only to find out when I got home that my sport jacket was not included. When I called, I was told that it had just arrived and I could now pick it up. Frankly, I had to bring back a tie that had grease spots on it. When I brought it in, I pointed out the spots. Yet I picked up the tie yesterday and brought it home...spots still there. I don't believe any notes were made, therefore the spots were ignored. I have been a customer for years and appreciate the good service. However, when I point out spots that need special attention, it usually involves a 2nd visit.

There is a tag on the laundry bag requesting that the top button on the shirts be left open. 3 out of 4 shirts were buttoned incorrectly. Please enter instructions on the computer

I was In town for 3 weeks for business. I dropped if my clothes and was given a date I could pick them up. I arrived on the date and was given my things and paid close to $200 for my items. A few weeks later I get a call saying that a few of my shirts were still at the cleaner. I said wow I didn’t even notice that they weren’t returned to me. I explained that I live in Orlando and would like to have them shipped to me. I was told fine but I would have to pay for the shipping. I wasn’t the one who didn’t give me my items back... read more

The staff is nice but I brought in several items with spots and paid 50.00 and all the pieces still had spots on them. I came home and removed the spots myself. Paid $50 for nothing!

Attendant couldn't find customer info. Spot was not removed but was charged anyway.
