You got the olive oil stain out of my shirt and your people are very polite.
You are known as one of the best dry cleaners in St Pete....but you totally let us down. My husband brought our Tommy Bahama king size comforter in to be dry cleaned. When he picked it up it all balled up in a plastic bag . He wouldn’t accept it like that. The employee told him he had to pay the $40 or you all wouldn’t try to fix it. He paid the bill and said he would like it fixed. When he picked it up a few days later it was folded and looked good from the outside. You did not deliver on your promise to have my sheets starched and ready by Wednesday at 5:00. I have guests coming and my sheets were left wet in the dryer. I had to retrieve them and take them home and do them myself. Thinking I will not come back.
