Washed my HUGE dog bed after my pup got sick on it so I didn’t have to buy an expensive new one - my pup and I are so happy!
The service was great however putting the bar code labels on the tags of the garments was annoying. I try to take one of them off of my hat and rip lining of my hat. Please use another method of tracking items. Thank you.

I asked for no starch and that’s exactly what they did.
The quality of pressing a shirt is extraordinarily high compared to others and did not have any starch per my request. Sadly, I will not be returning. FYI. Staff is very friendly.
I sent my new worn once knit designer dress in for a cleaning. It had a couple of lip pencil spots on it which I pointed out. The dress was put on an incorrect hanger that created points in the shoulders, the hem was ripped out, the spots were not removed and the dress appeared stretched with the pressing. The clerk felt bad and took the dress back fir a rework. It appears your specialty is mans shirts not woman’s clothes that require special attention and gentle handling. You got the olive oil stain out of my shirt and your people are very polite.
You are known as one of the best dry cleaners in St Pete....but you totally let us down. My husband brought our Tommy Bahama king size comforter in to be dry cleaned. When he picked it up it all balled up in a plastic bag . He wouldn’t accept it like that. The employee told him he had to pay the $40 or you all wouldn’t try to fix it. He paid the bill and said he would like it fixed. When he picked it up a few days later it was folded and looked good from the outside.
