You did not deliver on your promise to have my sheets starched and ready by Wednesday at 5:00. I have guests coming and my sheets were left wet in the dryer. I had to retrieve them and take them home and do them myself. Thinking I will not come back.

Initially And a little upset as I use the app and put in the comments that it my dry cleaning will be at the back door. I came home my dry cleaning was still there. However once I contacted the gentleman on my route directly he took care of everything and actually gave me a discount for the inconvenience. So made up for the mishap.
