Initially And a little upset as I use the app and put in the comments that it my dry cleaning will be at the back door. I came home my dry cleaning was still there. However once I contacted the gentleman on my route directly he took care of everything and actually gave me a discount for the inconvenience. So made up for the mishap.
What a strange visit. I had the 15% coupon printed and showed it when I dropped my clothes off then when I picked them up, a tall young black lady and one with dreadlocks said I don’t get the discount. I told them I had a coupon & they reluctantly took 10 minutes to give me the discount. Then I suggested that they check my bag & they found it. I dropped 10 pieces of clothing to be cleaned.. I was SHOCKED when my bill was $94. Are you kidding me. A pair of men’s pants & shirt ... $20. A dress ... $18. Your prices are outrageous. I've used you for years but not anymore..

I brought in my laundry that included an expensive Zegna sport jacket. I received two text messages telling my laundry was ready. I picked up my laundry only to find out when I got home that my sport jacket was not included. When I called, I was told that it had just arrived and I could now pick it up. Frankly, I had to bring back a tie that had grease spots on it. When I brought it in, I pointed out the spots. Yet I picked up the tie yesterday and brought it home...spots still there. I don't believe any notes were made, therefore the spots were ignored. I have been a customer for years and appreciate the good service. However, when I point out spots that need special attention, it usually involves a 2nd visit.
There is a tag on the laundry bag requesting that the top button on the shirts be left open. 3 out of 4 shirts were buttoned incorrectly. Please enter instructions on the computer
Way too expensive. Can’t afford almost $4 a MSN’s shirt. Sorry. Won’t be back
