I generally have a terrific experience with Rogers, but this go around I was told next day service verbally for my 4 items, however upon later calling to check whether they were ready / inspecting the receipt it was a 4 day delay. Usually this would be fine, but I needed my items next day. Was bummed that a call in did not provide any sort of discount on service or offer for future discounts.
Shirt not properly ironed, left at shop to try again.
Brought in a cap to. be cleaned. Some $24.00 later got it back in same condition
I brought 2 shirts to have stains removed I wasn't told if any attempt to use strain removing agents were used and failed it appears as if the shirts were just dry cleaned or pressed

I took the coat to remove a strong smell like leather and I told the attendant that was the purpose to have it clean. It came with exactly the same smell
Your delivery man was rude. He said that “ yes, he was holding our clothes hostage”. Our credit card was hacked and no one notified us that the payment wasn’t going through. All he had to do was ask for an updated card. There was no reason to be rude. We had been your customers for nearly a decade. But no more. Nor will we recommend anyone to you.
Had my Khakis claened and pressed On the name label I put in big red letters "PUT EXTRA HEAVY STARCH IN KHAKIS. I don't think they put any and this is the second time. I think U will try somewhere else.
When I dropped off my jumpsuit the woman said it would be around $12.and when I picked it up I was charged $29.+… I won’t use u again!
