I only trust my clothes to Rogers. Perfectly cleaned and pressed every time. Long time customer.
I brought a suite and two shirts in for cleaning the day before I asked for the items around 12:00. The next day At 18:00 I went to pickup items. I was told the suite was done but not the shirt not done. There were 4 people there doing nothing. I told them I was flying the next day that was why I asked for a special. Washed my HUGE dog bed after my pup got sick on it so I didn’t have to buy an expensive new one - my pup and I are so happy!
The service was great however putting the bar code labels on the tags of the garments was annoying. I try to take one of them off of my hat and rip lining of my hat. Please use another method of tracking items. Thank you.

I asked for no starch and that’s exactly what they did.
The quality of pressing a shirt is extraordinarily high compared to others and did not have any starch per my request. Sadly, I will not be returning. FYI. Staff is very friendly.
I sent my new worn once knit designer dress in for a cleaning. It had a couple of lip pencil spots on it which I pointed out. The dress was put on an incorrect hanger that created points in the shoulders, the hem was ripped out, the spots were not removed and the dress appeared stretched with the pressing. The clerk felt bad and took the dress back fir a rework. It appears your specialty is mans shirts not woman’s clothes that require special attention and gentle handling.
