I took in a long black down coat and it ended up in the bottom of the bag and according to the employee, she said it got wet and smelly. After trying to re-distribute the down, 4 times, the coat’s original down structure is forever comprised. I was told by Sean that there was nothing they could do about it. It was also suggested I go back to the manufacturer to get them to replace it. No! Rogers should be replacing the coat. Unexceptable.

Everyone is always so friendly and professional when I drop and pick up my dry cleaning - I starting going ther after the one I used for years closed down on 3rd street. So glad it did -I like they way my clothes always turn out. Never had a problem.
