The service was great and timely but the pricing is ridiculously expensive. I was charged almost $30 for ONE dress--a sleeveless, polyester blend with no lining. $60 for 3 items is absurd and I can't justify ever coming to this establishment again. My fault for not asking about pricing before I left but shame on Roger's for not forewarning customers about the cost of services.
Truth be told the last two visits have been disappointing. I had items that the steam/press job was awful. One was a long silk dress and the other skirt and top. The collar on the top was awful as was the front. Feel that Roger’s is very expensive and not getting the quality work to compensate for the price. Your prices are way too high Have you checked other places in St Pete ? I lost our house in fall hurricane and needed to have 2 sports coats and 2 pair of slacks cleaned for 63.00 never again
I was charged 195$ for 10 mens shirts. It was absolutely absurd. To make it worse, they all reek like chemicals, my husband smells like bugspray. I left them a message and a feedback asking for a call, and expressing my concerns. Not a peep in return.
Y’all are ridiculously expensive.
I will NEVER use you as our dry cleaner again
If I could do less than one star I would Rogers is the most expensive cleaners in town and over the last couple of months they've gone completely downhill. They've ruined several items and they can't get anything right and they don't take responsibility for it. Do not bring your clothes here unless you want them ruined and pay a lot of money for it!
When I dropped my dresses off for service their were pleats in the back when I picked them up there were no pleats
Service was not good. Slow. Clothes smelt after.
