Very pleased with my experience.
I never like to give a bad review, however, I have had two unpleasant experiences with Pilgrim and it is still ongoing. I turned in two lap blankets to be cleaned almost 3 weeks ago. I was told they'd be ready the following Thursday. I wasn't able to pick them up then. I called early the following week, where I was told I couldn't be helped because they were with a customer so I was to call back. I was at work and really had no time to call back. The prices are inconsistent for the same item. One visit I was charged a cheaper price, then the next visit I was charged more. When I brought it to the clerk's attention she said it was wrong and opened the door and gave me $1 back. However, that was still incorrect compared to what I was charged the 1st time.
