Too high for me. 15 pieces. 87 dollars for them to just press my items. Most were just shirts. Thank you but no thank you! $$$
They lost my shoes. I Will never take my shoes to get repaired there again.

Unfortunately my bedspread was misplaced. I did not get it back for 3 weeks. Jasmine keep me informed on the the plant trying to find it, then she did not charge me for the spread when it was found. I thought that was really first class
Over night would’ve been better. Charge for shortening my slacks was too high.
Fine since I was able to get a credit for the shawl that was ruined. I did not appreciate that the shawl was not sent back to the store so I could at least see it.
