The staff is so friendly. I have had repairs done there and they always do a great job. I had a problem once with needing something done quickly and they went to great lengths to help me. Please don't publish with my real name or email
I think your Gloucester team is great! I was in the Railroad Sq. branch today, and right away, Kate said, "Hi Nancy", and I am amazed she remembers my name! I asked for a quick pick up on the shirts after I had agreed to the standard time frame, and she made the change with absolutely no problem. I am Impressed!
