Thank you for your inquiry. I recently picked up my cleaning and thought that I had 6 pairs of pants to pick up. Your employee checked the computer and confirmed that the data indicated that I had left only 4, which was also recorded on my receipt. I'm still trying to determine if I have some missing items, which would mean there was an error when I brought the items in. I'll have to get back to you on this. At all times the employees have been polite and helpful. Thank you

I think your Gloucester team is great! I was in the Railroad Sq. branch today, and right away, Kate said, "Hi Nancy", and I am amazed she remembers my name! I asked for a quick pick up on the shirts after I had agreed to the standard time frame, and she made the change with absolutely no problem. I am Impressed!
