I've been using you for several years for small cleaning items, but just had 2 heavy featherbeds and 3 feather pillows done and delivered. Terrific job!
My bathrobe had many holes. I was told that the repair would be expensive and would not look very well when completed. I appreciated the forthright report and simply had the robe cleaned. Thank you for giving me the hard facts I much prefer this type of format for feedback rather than a set of often meaningless questions. This gives me the opportunity.to get to the key points.

I have doing business with NorEast Cleaners for more years then I would like to admit. Whether it is Gloucester or Manchester the product and people are great. No heartburn. A sign of great management.

As always, everybody at both the Gloucester and Manchester stores are helpful and courteous. Most of the time our cleaning is done perfectly...but if there is the occasional problem, it is always readily redone with no excuses and with a smile. You are the best, Ed
