The ease and reliability of Nor'east pick-up/drop-off service and the quality of cleaning makes doing business with them a five star experience. I appreciate email reminders of pick up days and the front door service. When we have needed something quick they have always accommodated us with a smile.

My only concern is that you apparently do not check for collar stays in shirts - and your staff said - on the occasion when the collar stay had fused to the shirt: "Oh, no, we don't check for that." Hmmm...why not? that ruined a shirt.
