Fine if anything garments are ready before commitment day/time. Good
Staff are always customer service oriented and always informative when asked questions. My 3 year old can get many of his jackets pretty dirty but I am impressed with the cleanliness of the jackets when pickedup. I have yet to loose a button on my dress shirts which is one of the reasons why I stay with NE.

As an ancient widower, living alone, your excellent service doing my laundry and dry cleaning is a God send! You are convenient, do nice work, are quick, and your staff is not only helpful, but also, friendly! All thing that are hard to find today. Never the less is greatly appreciated!
