terrific in all respects
My only concern is that you apparently do not check for collar stays in shirts - and your staff said - on the occasion when the collar stay had fused to the shirt: "Oh, no, we don't check for that." Hmmm...why not? that ruined a shirt.
Wonderful service! I love NorEast Cleaners! I was a bit later than I had expected, and came by at a few minutes after 5 and the women kindly opened up for me, saving me a trip back to Manchester. Thank you!
First time using this local company. Brought two men's Italian designer suits and a couple shirts. Both suit pants had horrible double crease down both front and back legs. I've never experienced this with other cleaning services. I will not be returning for fear of other defective services that may damage the expensive fabrics.

My bathrobe had many holes. I was told that the repair would be expensive and would not look very well when completed. I appreciated the forthright report and simply had the robe cleaned.
