We have always had wonderful service at Nor'East Cleaners - I love the email notification when an order is ready! Orders are ready when promised and quite often ahead of schedule.
Had a rather large coat order (took advantage of the coupon). When I went to pick up the coats (in Manchester btS), two were missing. Abby checked with a manager, but no resolution. So she said she would not charge me for any of the coats until they found the other two. I went grocery shopping and when I was finished, I got a call from my husband: Nor'East had called home; they had found the two other coats (they all had been held together with twisty tie that had come off in Manchester). Great as usual. I especially like your hours of operation. The Manchester shop always seems to be open for me. I also like the heavy starch option and the minor repairs.
The customer service is excellent. All staff are friendly and helpful. The items I had cleaned came out great!
