Your turnaround time is so fast it seems I hardly leave your parking lot before you email me that the order is ready for pick up. Your staff members are always cheerfulm friendly and helpful and the results have been perfect. Wha tmore could you ask.?
You did what I believed couldn't be done. A full white water paint can fell off the top shelf in my son's. When it hit the cement it sprayed white paint all over the garage and me! In addition to my shoes, socks and legging, my favorite suit jacket was spattered in both the front and back. Nor'East Cleaners did the impossible - my jacket was immaculate! My shoes, socks, and leggings weren't so lucky. Thank you!
The staff went out of their way to help me out with getting my daughter's prom dress steamed on short notice. Very courteous & efficient too.
The gal at the desk was very helpful and pleasant. She explained the process and that I would have my quilt in a bag. The quilt was beautifully done, AND i will be back.
Dropped off on Wed; estimated Saturday pickup - It was done the next day - and location was still open for me to pick up after work!

Woman at register was friendly and polite and served me quickly. Also explained why I was picking up 4 pieces instead of 3 because the removable collar on my coat was considered a seperate piece.
