Item was not ready when told it would be (6 days later). Went to pick it up and Cleaners they had no Status of where item was or when it would be available. Was told to call back in the morning. Called twice the following morning (9 AM and 10 AM) and it went straight to voicemail both times. I left a message (both times) and no one called back. Finally had to go to the cleaners directly and item was available.

How can you give your name and spell it to the intake person only to hear that your order can’t be found? Eventually it was under another name. Very stressful.
The driver came very close to leaving our order at the wrong house even though both properties are clearly identified with house numbers. The driver said he usually delivers to that house and did not realize the clothes did not belong to them. He really should take more care in confirming the clothing order and where the appropriate customer resides. We recognized our clothing close to being delivered to the wrong house. Thank you.
I would have liked to be offered the option of delivery. I had trouble getting out of work in time for your abbreviated hours. Your website did not reflect your abbreviated hours. For a business that claims to be eco friendly you still use an inordinate amount of plastic to package the clean item. You should at least give the customer the option about whether or not they want that packaging. I have stated that I don’t want it but instead of you taking note of that in my account, you continue to package my items in plastic.
