Very high prices.
You are amazing. I put out our drycleaning on Sunday night, completely forgetting to make out the list of what I was sending with address and phone #, etc. (I did put little cards about special attention spots on the two articles of clothing. I remembered a few days later what I had failed to do; asked Bob to contact you because I was to be gone for the day with no means of connection; he forgot to do it and lo and behold everything is back to us, clean and in its proper place. THANK YOU!

Always a quick turnaround… Never had a comforter cleaned …always did it myself and it was returned packaged beautifully for storage.

Got the stain out
I dropped off my shirts to be laundered and pressed. I asked the price to confirm there would be no surcharge for the sizing of the shirt. I also requested to get on a delivery route. Without notification, my card was charged (prior to being picked up) for all shirts to be hand done at double the cost I was quoted. I had 13 tablecloth’s cleaned at a cost of $515! It cost me less to buy them! I had no clue it would cost that much to clean them at your business! Never again!
