Dry cleaning ready when promised.
Asked for light starch in shirts and Bermuda shorts. Cloths were returned with wrinkles as if not pressed at all. Very dissatisfied. Very pricey.
Stains were not removed from my shirt as I requested
Removed unknown stains from my pants.
My very expensive Tommy Bahamas light blue pants got ruined send back spoke to someone to have it address they were send back to me no explanation
Pricing is way above average, at least double what I usually pay.
Brought in one piece of a two piece outfit which had mold on it. Was not sure if you could get the mold off it. Was so happy when I picked up the piece and the mold had come off. I dropped off the other piece of the outfit to be cleaned. Thank you so much!!!
Very nice people, good service, email reminders are helpful, but at $3.45 for basic laundry of a man's dress shirt (not dry clean), no starch on a hanger, just too pricey.
Notes to box shirts on multiple occasions go ignored. After multiple chances I have to go somewhere else.
