Brought 5 men’s shirts and 2 womens shirts, was $3.75 for men’s and $9.75 for women’s!! What’s up with that? When I called to ask the person who answered the phone said women’s shirts don’t fit on their press table and must be done by hand! Is that my problem and shouldn’t they have explained that and the huge price difference at drop off time? I told her I had brought womens shirts there before and was never charged more than the men’s, she replayed it has ALWAYS been that way!!

Asked for 3 pants to be pressed flat front. Instead were created and I had to come back another day to get them. Price is high at almost $10 a pair as well.

I was not told you do not call any more. So as I waited and forgot about my clothes. 1.5 months later went in and told me you just email now. Personaly I would rather have the phone call. P.S. I must say my clothes were wonderful as always. WHEN I GOT THEM !!!!!! THANK YOU

You people sent out a coat of mine and it came just as you sent it out.. spots were not removed at all. You charged me 47 dollars for nothing

I only wish there were not so much packaging. Does every shirt really need the cardboard inserts and plastic sleeves? I think not. I would be happy with brown paper wrapping like my old chinese laundry used to do.
