New customer of 6 months. Always a pleasure. Always a job well done. They will randomly sew a button on that they notice is loose, free of charge. Clean, prompt and courteous.
My wedding dress was cleaned well. I just wish someone had called me, to let me know it was ready to be picked up! I was given an estimated date that it'd be done, but had to call myself and was told it was done.

Very good experience, I bring a lot in to be dry cleaned during the summer. The service is prompt and efficient. One little issue I have: Occasionally a top is not ironed as well as I would like, and sweaters in general are folded, then hung over a hanger so they are always creased when I take them off. Since my main reason for dry-cleaning is the fact that I hate to iron, it's a little disappointing when I do end up having to iron something after I paid for dry cleaning.

I have been going there for years and the young woman behind the counter today, 7/19 at about 10.45 could have been much nicer to the customer. She did nothing wrong, just not pleasant.
I brought three slacks in to be altered about an inch taking up on each one. I asked on two different visits how much it would cost me they said stated between 25 and 29 dollars. When I went to get the slacks today they said it was 25 a piece which they never told me before I went in with the expectation that I would be paying somewhere between $25 and $29 instead it's about $76 and I find that the two times that I asked they were extremely misleading and I I am very disappointed with the whole process and I will never use y... read more
