Three shirts on hangers were found crumpled up in a heap on my front porch. Shirts all wrinkled. Complete waste of time.
Responded to 3 texts stating I was ready for pick up before someone actually came
way overpriced I am used to better prices in New York City also the act that I could not get a quote to start with, I now feel ripped off
Poor customer service
Too many items ruined. Owner wouldn’t accept even though I had everything to prove and his employees agreed.
I brought a sweater in to have a hole repaired. I picked it up and when I got home, I looked at it and saw that nothing had been done to repair the hole. Had to drive back and drop it off again. Usually, I have had great experiences at Nor'East but this was not one of them. Not looking forward to having to make another trip to pick up the sweater when it hopefully is finally fixed.
Dresses brought for pressing only were dry cleaned so we’re returned faded and no longer fitting me
You texted that my order was ready on Monday. You took $$$ from my account Tuesday. I went in to pick up on Wednesday and it was not ready.
The shop in Manchester was full of customers today because they were problems with orders. Customers did not get their full orders and there was confusion about where their garments were. I waited in the shop for 15 minutes before being waited on. This is not usual for you guys. Whatever the problem is, please fix it.
