Clothes really weren't folded that good .
AWFUL. You had my sweater for over a month. I finally found out that it was delivered to the wrong customer. They brought it back to the store and it was RE DELIVERED to the same wrong customer. This was ridiculous and the driver never left any type of communication on why this item was late/missing while dropping off other items. Not sure if I will use this service/dry cleaner again.
A good cleaners and timely service but the charges were quite high and that will limit what I can have cleaned or cause me to look elsewhere for dry cleaning services.
Most expensive dry cleaner I've ever used. Nearly $9 each for uniform pants. Replaced buttons & charged me for it without getting my approval. Buttons that were extras on the garment & not needed. When I went to pick up my order on a Saturday during their normal hours, there was a sign on the locked door saying they were opening 2 hours late that day. I was supposed to get my dry cleaning on Friday by 4, and had to go pick it up on Monday because I needed clothes to wear for work. I never got a phone call or text telling me where my clothes were. Then when I go to pick up my clothes I asked for a receipt, they didn't have one. I needed a few items rushed. I got them a couple days later and there were these black grease stains on my new shirt I wore once. The shirt was tagged implying I was the one who got the stain on there. Fantastic employees! Spots still in suit pants. I pointed that out at drop off. Had to take and not redo as I was heading out if town.
My first and LAST experience with New Albany Cleaners was very disappointing! I have to say that having spent almost $100 to have my work clothes dry cleaned, I was expecting a little more professionalism and courtesy/customer service when it was said to me that a garment of mine had been damaged. I was reimbursed for the garment but it was the tone and attitude that turned me off completely. These people did not care about my business. I had dropped off a full suit, pants and 3 dress shirts on Tuesday before thanksgiving. I was delivered my suit on Saturday after thanksgiving but my shirts are still missing. They have not been delivered or found in store.for a first experience and high cost I will not be returning
The woman worker bee was delightful, I also welcomed the free water. However, I think $96.30 to press drapes was outrageous.
