Trevor does a great job. He knows my dog, gives him treats, is timely with his delivery and gets to know his customers. I also like the EMAIL reminder. Must less intrusive than the phone message reminder

The driver, Travis called my cell phone to tell me he was in my driveway with the preserved wedding gown and that he didn't want to leave it at the door if I wasn't home. I truly appreciated his thoughtful consideration! I wasn't home and he offered to bring it to me since I was nearby. Travis always exceeds my expectations when it comes to service!
The laundry service is great.
